I'd love him to start Holland, but don't think he will.

He needs to bring Holland into this game as with Antonio and Lanzini out the attacking forward line options start to look a bit bare in the backup stakes.

Can’t see Yarmolenko starting again as he is still building up after his long term injury.
We need to get Ajeti some games so that he isn’t coming in cold to a Premier league game.

Understand Holland was outstanding AGAIN in the u23’s 4-3 win at Middlesbrough on Friday.
Has to be in the squad at least.

Snodgrass Ajeti Holland

Start Coventry and Holland, our squad is getting thin so we may need them and a league 1 side is perfect to see if their up to speed. Ajeti needs a big game no one knows if he is any good.

Re: WHU team Vs Oxford United?
They've just won 6-0 away at Lincoln who are half decent, so let's not be complacent at all, as a great chance to progress.

I’m with rossal -need to give a couple of the kids a chance. Johnson needs a run out too - even if just off the bench.

Re: WHU team Vs Oxford United?
True Grumps theyll be on a high but think my team should have enough to get us through. Think long term we need to give Holland, Ajeti and potentially Coventry some experience

Ajeti worries me about if he will be good enough or not, also Lincoln i think are in abit of turmoil after the Cowley bros left

Re: WHU team Vs Oxford United?
They were near the bottom of their league until the last three games. A 3-0, a 0-0 and this 0-6 has got them midtable.

Unfortunately Sam Allardyce the grandson of our old friend is unlikely to feature.

A couple kids with some older level hopefully British heads should do the business.

I'd definitely not risk Yarmalenko. So long out, on form, don't need him injured.

I don't think we can play both Sanchez and Coventry together.
Coventry can come on in the 2nd half.
Joe Powell has been the outstanding player for the U23's behind Holland . I feel we need some usfeul energy alongside Wilshire and Sanchez,Coventry would be a bit to defensive togehter with those two.
Now Johnson is out (supposedly ) Masuaku will play.
I also don't think we can risk Fornals playing 3 games in 6 days,we'll need him on Saturday.

Not sure any kids will start, injuries depending, maybe Johnson at LB.

They'll be a few on the bench who might get a few mins if were comfortable

Re: WHU team Vs Oxford United?
Unless people are now wanting Cresswell to be first choice over Masuaku im surprised so many have Arthur starting this one.
